We are pleased to let you know about Wine Camp, an event exploring the intricacies of wine and food, happening at the Apple Farm. Please visit the Wine Camp website for more information.

Another bit of news: in February we were featured in an article in the San Francisco Chronicle about our "day of the pig."

Thursday Classes
Special Parties

From February into November we do a class almost every weekend. These are booked on a "first come - first served" basis. Reservations are running six months to a year ahead at this point, but bear in mind we do have cancellations, so call to find out when there are openings. Or, watch the website for open dates.

Menus vary with the seasons, the garden, and the makeup of our group. We try to avoid repetition for returning guests.

We send you home stimulated and inspired to try out new recipes and a few new techniques, with a rejuvenated sense of what it means to live the good life. We hope you can join us!

For a more detailed description of our weekend classes, download this pdf.

You can gather your own group of eight or join a class with open spaces. The total cost, which includes accomodations, is $2000 per couple starting in 2009. This covers all meals, recipes, classes and wines from Friday evening through Sunday lunch. Single enrollment and occupancy are possible -- cost depends on arrangements.

We're currently scheduling 2009. We recommend you reserve class spaces as early as is convenient as the calendar fills quickly.

We list spaces still open for the 2008 season's classes below. This changes as spaces fill and cancellations occur, so check back regularly. Currently no spaces are available.
