From the Bay Area north:

• Take Interstate 101 north to the last Cloverdale exit (128 west).

• After a half hour of winding road, you will drop down into Anderson Valley.

• Continue west through Boonville, then Philo.

• Three miles west of Philo, turn left onto the Elk-Hendy Woods State Park Road.

• The Apple Farm is just off that turn, at the bridge—turn left into the farm.

• Overnight guests may find the gate locked after dark. Please call or text for directions to the alternate entrance.
